Inland Petroleum prides itself on supporting the local farming community.

That’s why when the opportunity arose to work with the Gulargambone Bowling and Lions Club to help drought stricken Walgett farmers, Inland Petroleum was happy to help and provide $2,000 worth of diesel fuel to the cause.

On Tuesday, 24 February 2015 morning, members of the Inland Team watched the road trains and trucks roll in and fuel up at our Gulargambone 24 hour self-service site. The convoy then headed off en route to Walgett to deliver bales of hay to seven farms.

The Gulargambone Bowling Club, Lions Club and the Gulargambone Community 2015 Walgett Drought Appeal raised $13,528.00 (on Australia Day 2015) which went to the purchase of hay.  The trucks and drivers donated their time, and Inland Petroleum has provided the fuel to make the delivery happen.

Inland Petroleum, more than just fuel.  Proud to support the regions farmers through the “Gulargambone Bowling Club, Lions Club & the Gulargambone Community 2015 Walgett Drought Appeal”.
